You guys are a *******, I don’t understand how electricity brought from you guys is half of what we buy from other vendors. Prepaid is supposed to be cheaper but when I used to use 500 now am spending over a 1000. I will report this issue for further investigations. You guys are reaping people off.

The rate on meters are set per the municipal account that the owner provides with the application. Please assist with your meter number and contact details so your issue can be attended to.
