The Meter Man is a useless company
This business is utterly useless. I have a prepaid water meter and my water had finished.
I bought tokens and it is not accepting them. Their emergency contacts are unavailable.
I now have to go the weekend without any water.
No one should ever do any business with this company.
This is the most useless company i have ever come across in my life.

Please could you advise what time you phoned the emergeny numbers so that we can investigate ? Please see below our numbers and times again for your reference.

Saturday from 9am to 3pm
Sunday and public holidays from 10pm to 3pm
