<p>I would just like to know why you are charging over R2 a unit when the owner of my flat complained you brought it down to R1.95. This is still unacceptable. Other municipal units use R500 a month on electricity yet I am paying double using prepaid which should be "cheaper" than regular electricity. You people are *****ing from consumers and am going to report this company if my tariff is not fixed to the NERSA guidelines, better yet your tariffs have not been approved by NERSA!!!</p> <p> Absolutely disgusting that you are attempting to ***** even more money from consumers!</p>

Rates on meters are set per the statement from the owner that is submitted together with the application form. The Meter Man has a management fee that is included in the tariff. The management fee includes the fees that is charged by the super vendors for vending.
