Pathetic Service and unhelpfulness

I've been trying to load electricity since Friday on my prepaid meter. Being stuck I called the meter man contact line as well as their emergency lines within the prescribed times they allocated on their website. All the calls didn't even go through yet they publicly proclaim they are available at these times. This morning I called at 07:40 because they said they available from 07:30am still nothing. Eventually got hold of a lady who was extremely short off with me. Just says well your landlord or agent were supposed to help you > gave me to tokens and dropped the call in my ear before I could ask any question. The rudest people here and most unhelpful company. I personally have Ideal meters they are excellent - if you want great service cancel all your services with The Meter Man and move, these people are pathetic !!!! I am surprised they are still in business...
