Overcharged electricity units

<p>I bought R500 electricity, only to get 167units which is totally a ******* from The meter man, judging that it's over the municipality charges. This is totally unreasonable. They charging us double ! </p> <p>I am not happy and would like this matter to be resolved.</p>
