Meter man service and unexplained fees.

I am fully aware of the 200rand fee every month. Why did they 376rand this time around? I try phoning them and I get the "the number you have dialed does not exist please try again later". So I try both their emergency contact. say message. I try their head office number which lets me know the emergency numbers to phone and again not available. What's the point of the 200rand service fee if there is no service. I would Really like my 176rand back.
