Great Agent for The Meter Man
I also battled like crazy trying getting hold of The Meter Man. Number just rings then cuts. However, eventually Shonai/Shonnay answered. Attacking her would have been unfair and not right in any way. During our discussion, she did let me know that the phones had "not stopped ringing." There was an issue from last night. She was awesome. Sorted quick quick. People, dont shoot the agents representing a company. Their job is not always easy. Respect costs nothing. Thanks Shonnay.

Thank you very much for your good review. I must say I agree with you. We did not foresee that the issue would have been so big. As it was a third party vending issue never the less the issue was resolved last night late but all tenants just had to get replacement tokens. A email was sent out to all owners and managing agents as every employee at The Meter Man, jumped right in since this morning. Kind regards The Meter Man
