Bad Service
We spoke to Thandi and asked proof as to how the came about an amount of R9810, and what percentage are loaded on to the units she could not provide us with proof neither could the Body Corporate and the two parties are playing the blame game back and forth sending us from pillar to post, This matter go to Cart Blanche as well to the ombudsman. No need for a respond from the meter man no one was welling to be transparent the time of enquiring.

As advised by our revenue protection department a Inspection was done on the 22nd of April 2021 meter was found tampered & damaged. It has been explained to Wesley that the invoice was calculated on an average purchases prior to tampering, as seen on the statements & systems tenants haven’t bought electricity for 6 months neither did they report any issues/faults.

Wesley phoned in yesterday wanting to make an arrangement and I advised him that the body corporate has already requested to load this at 95% recovery and should he want to make further arrangements he must speak to the body corporate as we liaise with the body corporate to make final decisions as the body corporate is our client.
Please do not hesitate to contact Thandi on ********** should you require more information.
Kind regards
