5 star customer service - since installation almost 7 years ago
The best ever - they manage my tenants meter, and I have had no issues with my meter since installation. The monthly statements are great to get, and they are really on the ball. As the face of The Meterman - Melissa is certainly my hero, but her support structure is really well oiled and greased to be able to provide the level of service and satisfaction they do.
