The Mens Room,Diep River receptionist Utterly rude&Unprofessional

My daughter phones The Mens Room Barbershop in Diep River,Southern Suburbs,Cape Town. to enquire details to have her brothers hair cut&the Receptionist,or lady answering the phone is Utterly&Blatantly rude&Unprofessional with little,or No etiquette&either having issues,but that's not my problem,as she need to know how to deal with clients,or potential clients.Their Barbers are Brilliant at what they do&it is a pity that such a incident,or occurring behavior from a bitter person can tarnish their future success,or growing of their business. She answered my daughter in the most blunt&disrespectful manner,even putting the phone down while my daughter was on the phone&not done with her enquiry.My daughter phones again&told her she was rather rude&that she never finished what she needed to know....put the question she needed......She was answered&the phoned slammed down again,without a friendly&professional....."Thank you for your enquiry,hoping you have a good day further". This behavior is unacceptable. "Mens Room,if you want to maintain business&grow even more as a successful business,you need to look at who answers your phone calls.....It could be the painful start of business lost,through someone having little or no etiquette&definitely not a benefit to your business.
