Dishonest and just a joke in general

Bought a display cable, got home, and it was faulty—no signal, nothing. Took it back immediately, only to be told no refunds, no exchanges because I had opened it. How else was I supposed to test it? Their “solution”? I should have brought my laptop, opened the cable in front of them, and tested it there. In what world does that make sense? So if I buy a toaster, should I bring bread and toast a slice in-store? Absolute nonsense. This policy is just a **** to avoid taking responsibility. Avoid this place.
