No compassion, worst oncology treatment ever!!

When you are diagnosed with cancer, your whole world is thrown upside down and the life you once knew is no longer, nothing is certain and the road you are about to face seems like a dark impossible road. When embarking down this dark road you would expect that the professionals that specialized and deals with this terrible disease would have some compassion and actually be professional, but my treatment at this facility was nothing short of unprofessional and extremely unpleasant. The staff has ZERO bedside manners especially Claudette the chemo nurse is nothing short of ill mannered and plain rude. She treats patients like they're a hassle and doing her a favor and gets upset when you interrupt her candy crush sessions. You wait a minimum of a hour for an appointment (closer to 2 hours) and they have zero respect for the patients time.

Today I met with another patient that went to this facility the same time as me and he QUIT HIS CHEMO because of of how he was treated at this facility. We had a discussion and it made me realize that I would like to warn people that has been referred to this terrible practice. You should know that the treatment that you will receive at this facility it possibly THE WORST service that you will ever receive and the treatment from staff at this facility is the reason why people quit their very much needed chemo treatment. I'm not entirely sure who on earth gave this place a 5 star rating, probably the staff that logged in and rated their own service, they are NOT the best, they are the WORST.
