poor service

Went to meat co at monti casino on Sunday for Mothers day. The service was absolutely poor. we ordered starters and we had to ask for serviettes from another waiter as our waiter did not bring any or have any on the table. When we did ask our waiter for napkins she advised that there isn't any left. she then led on to say that she will go and check, instead of checking initially. To add to that we ordered Venison and the waiter came back 15 minutes later to tell us they out of stock, she didn't bother to recommend something or be apologetic but rather walked away. We then called the manager who again didn't bother to be apologetic or helpful in any way.<br> This restaurant has pathetic customer service as they service led to ask walking out of their restaurant.
