Joke of a manager and disgusting food!

If I could give this place a 0 I would. We were going to see a show at Monte Casino and decided to stop by The Meat Company for some lunch. My friend ordered a fillet steak which was off and over cooked when ordered medium rare. They tried again - this time bringing a steak that was burnt on the outside and still not correctly cooked on the inside. Third time - boerewors was ordered as we had decided to stop trying with the steak and the boerewors came raw. We all know that boerewors needs to be cooked properly. We sent this back. We now had to leave as the play was starting soon - my friend having eaten nothing. The manager Charles was extremely rude and obnoxious. We had paid upfront before any meals came out as to not delay us at the end. I believed the whole meal should have actually been complimentary for the inconvenience and beyond shocking service- Charles even had an issue to refund for the rotten steak. I explained to Charles my thoughts and he couldn’t have cared less. I have never experienced service like this and do not believe you should have someone like Charles running this establishment. This restaurant will soon close down if things continue like this. What a shocking experience. DO NOT GO HERE!
