food poisioing

I took my my wife out for lunch on Friday for our 4 year anniversary... she ordered chicken with chips and I ordered steak with mash and mushroom sauce. so she had some off my mash and mushroom sauce.. and I took some off her chips.. the service was excellent.. but my anniversary turned out to be a horror show in the bathroom hours later.. eventually I was vomiting bile and had diarrhoea. Which brought fever and low blood pressure.. I went to my gp on Saturday early morning.. he gave me two injections with a whole lot of medication.. he said I ate something that was gone off.. the only thing I ate was the steak until this episode happened and my wife was fine which she ate my mushrooms and mash the only thing different we ate was the meat... and I concluded that I was given off old meat to eat.. which spoilt my anniversary.. its special days like that you can't get back.. thanks to the meat company for giving me old off meat.. still now as I'm writing this.. im still weak and because I was vomiting so violently it effected my ulcers... for such expensive meals I excepted quality but I got old meat.. disgusting
