The Meadow Group

You are welcome to buy Fanie du Preez's recenty published book, but I think it would be safe to assume that there is no mention of the great number of people he conned into buying into property syndications. Many lost all they had. I lost more that R300 000. Apart from that, he sold me a **** Sanlam incapacity policy that did not cover ANY illnesses. When I went to him to enquire whether I would be eligible for the benefit, he assured me that I could go to the doctors and it would be fine . In total, I had to write off more than R***. They also depend upon the time lapse clause for cases with the FAIS Ombudsman, so please check dates if you become aware of any problem. On top of that, Fanie told me to only allocate about 60% of my policy returns to my beneficiaries - the rest would go into my estate (in case of possible debt - which I still do not have, though I am totally broke, thanks to them), which was to be handled by his son!
