SHOCKING SERVICE

I requested a payout on a policy on 20 October 2015. According to the application it was to be paid out 7 -10 working days after the application was submitted.<br> On day 10 I wrote a follow up mail and got no response - a couple of phone call and emails later Mariska Basson called me on 4 November informing me that all the documentation has been cleared and that payment was due not later than 10 November.<br> <br> Again, mails and calls and no response !!<br> <br> I phoned Discovery Invest and spoke to Marvin...his version is that the payment wil only take place a week or two later !!<br> <br> Can one trust this company's integrity and honesty ?<br> With my money invested at Discovery and administrated by THE MEADOW GROUP, not at all !!<br> <br> Where and how did this go wrong ?<br>
