Great service received from Maintenance Manager at The Maverick Apartments (Sandton)

I am a current resident at The Maverick Apartments and did an internal move during May 2026. The Maintenance Manager (Nathan Gauld) went above and beyond to get the apartment ready on time for me to move in and on the day of my move Nathan and his team immediately attended to all further requests in respect of minor maintenance issues. The apartment was ready in a clean and well-maintained state. We received excellent service from Nathan Gauld and he is definitely an asset to this complex of Africrest. We will definitely recommend The Maverick to any person requiring accommodation in an upmarket, tranquil and well-maintained environment. Dian R
