Excellent Service from the Randburg Branch! I ordered my goods in the evening and the following morning I got a call informing me that my goods will be delivered during the course of the day. Before I knew it they were at my gate! When they called earlier they informed me that they did not have all my order in stock but will endeavour to deliver the following day. That same day a call came through from Tumi, Midrand Branch, confirming delivery the following day. Not only that, two items that were not in stock would be replaced with slightly more expensive ones at no extra cost. Needless to say the call left me grinning like an idiot. Thank you Mattress Warehouse for such excellent service! Keep up the good work. Oh I forgot to mention that the navigation through their website is a breeze.
