Wow, an Unbeatable experience

I've bought small items before with a very good experience. Then decided to buy a bed, getting an excellent deal with customer service you can only dream of.

Regarding my experience, from communicating until I received the item, this is absolutely the best customer service I ever received from any of the stores / outlets that I visited or dealt with!

A lot of people give their reviews if they receive a good experience and nice words and complement, but this was completely a different experience. A lot of businesses says the customer comes first, but in the background it is not always the case. Be realistic, it is still a business.

This business is different. The friendliness and warmth feeling from the whole team, starting from the sales people, admin staff and delivery team is absolutely above what I can explain. I really felt welcome. Walking pass the people loading beds for clients, the staff in the office, you always see those genuine smiles coming through with a greeting. I have never came across this level of experience before in more than 20 years.

This is absolutely a Winning team! Starting with Ebenaard, the sales manager. I really don't thing you can get an better experience. He was always polite, friendly, respectful, go above and beyond and this is not and understatement! Absolutely an example for many fields, not just the bed industry. Serving the clients and help them with their needs that is not just about the money. The experience with him is priceless!

Adrian assisted us with all of our questions in the outlet/warehouse, extremely friendly and communicated very well!

The delivering team was an great experience. They updated me multiple times on exactly where the process are. Communication is a Wow! Our bed was delivered by Eric and Hlomla, they had exactly the same attitude, client first, extremely friendly and polite and made things happen very quickly and efficiently! I walk in the morning in the store and received my bed a few hours later! Unbelievable!

Absolutely an great experience! I highly recommend this to anyone looking for good products, great advice and pricing and above all, customer service that is unbeatable!
