I see MW very conveniently deletes Social Media comments made on bad service received. It's been almost 7 week days already and no mattress or response from anyone at MW, for a product advertised as delivered within 1 to 3 business days. Mattress Warehouse clearly has no regard for it's own word or customer service.

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience.

However, our Pretoria Branch did advise that your order was invoiced out on Friday for delivery today, which will be done. Confirmed with our Gauteng Distribution Centre.

Our Customer Service Manager was unable to reach you telephonically to also give feedback.
