Would not recommend this business
This business stresses me. I bought a queen bed that costs R10k at their Midrand office and the bed came with a horrible quality base for the mattress. It makes irritating sounds in just 1 year of owning it. I contacted their support them and they say they can't assist because they don't know the brand of the base I GOT FROM THEM! I go to their Midrand branch and they tell me that the base has a 1 year warranty and I need to pay for another base that costs R3000 . . I basically bought a bed with a vehicle service plan! every 1 year I need to spend R3000 to enjoy my sleep. Pathetic!

We are unfortunately not able to act on the warranty and guarantee as the supplier is the holder of the warranty and guarantee.
Therefore, The Mattress Warehouse needs to honor this by logging a supplier complaint. We have received confirmation that our Customer Service Team was in contact and will make sure the complaint is lodged with the supplier as soon as possible to address the issue.
