Worst service is a understatement
Worst service is a understatement. I have never had such a bad experience before. I have been dealing with the Randburg branch since August!!! 4 month now, with an EXCHANGE? "Soma *** man" Terrible service, I have no joy at all and will never recommend anyone to use this company for a bed. The bed was delivered within two days, I was told it will take 2 weeks due to a lack of stock. I am sure they delivered someone else's reject. Getting a new bed never happened till today. I am now fighting for a refund. :( ****py ****py service
