WORST SERVICE - DIDINTLE MOKALE

Bought mattress, received something else and told it was upgrade and not true. The worst, they refused to cancel and return the bed. Paid more to get an upgrade and delivery fee, had to follow up, Didintle Mokale maybe she is the shareholder or owner. She is so pushy and arrogant, requested refund she refused and send delivery to y address without my knowledge, now she claims I have to forfeit the cost for that.
