Our team provided feedback that your complaint was logged and sent as confirmed to the manufacturer as the warranty and guarantee is held by the manufacturer. We will be able to provide you with the outcome as soon as the manufacturers are fully operational after the shut down.
Again, we are truly sorry for any delay.

The best part is that the name on the mattress is: "The Mattress Warehouse Moonlite". Their name is on the mattress!
