Worst service!!!

On 31/08/2019 I bought a Kooi bed from Mattress Warehouse, from their branch at Irene Corporate Park. My wife and I did explain to the sales persone that my wife have Rhumatoid Arthritis, and asked him what bed he would recommend. He told us that the Kooi B-series Plush would be the best because the rugby players use Kooi beds for all their pains. So, we bought the bed. My wife really tried her best with the bed, but needless to say, after a bit more than 2 months, she could not take it any more and is now sleeping in the spare room. Now, after about 5 weeks of trying to sort it out with the sales rep from, he came back to me today, 20/12/2019, telling me that his manager said that we just want to change it only because it is not comfortable. She also said that they are not medically qualified to recommend anything to us and we took too long to contact them, and therefore they can not help us. I went there 3 times that they could not give me any answers because the manager could not make a decision. WATCH OUT FOR THEM.
