Worst Online Experience Ever!
Worst Online experience ever. It's almost two weeks now since I placed my order and to make matters worse, I'm expected to be doing the running around and calling. Makes one wonder how you became the "trusted supplier to the hospitality industry" when you can't be trusted by individuals.
