Worst experience with any company

Placed an order for a sleeper couch on 25/11/2016. No information on how long the order would take, but was informed the order would be made in the new year. I was obviously not happy about this but as I liked the design of the sleeper couch I was prepared to wait. I was promised middle of January, which was eventually pushed to the end of January. After countless calls to The Mattress Warehouse to push the order, I was promised the sleeper couch would be scotch guarded, by Zaani Smith, because I have waited so long. The sleeper couch arrived on 30/01/2017 and to my dismay it was not the sleeper couch I had ordered. The design and fabric were both incorrect, white drawing markings were left on the couch, and no scotch guarding had been done. The Mattress Warehouse never checked the order upon receipt from the factory. I got hold of Zaani Smith who came out to my residence to inspect what I had said. Zaani said that the factory would make the correct sleeper couch and we could temporarily hold onto the incorrect sleeper couch. Zaani promised the couch would be ready within a week. After about two weeks I was put in touch with the factory owner via email correspondence and it became apparent that the factory owner no longer makes the sleeper couch I ordered. I was informed that the sleeper couch I ordered was uncomfortable and the new one is more comfortable. The sleeper couch I was sent was in fact not comfortable in itself. One sleeper couch is advertised and another sleeper couch is sold. This is false advertising at its core. I immediately requested a full refund. The refund was processed and the incorrect sleeper couch was collected, but not before minor damage to the wall to the wall of the rented property I am staying in. When the collection persons lifted the sleeper couch I told them to fold it, but instead it was forced through the narrow passageway and left markings and indentations in the wall. Although minor damage was made, the wall never looked like that before their arrival. Zaani said they would pay for the damage and sent out a contractor. The contractor said in order for the minor damage to be repaired the entire wall would need to be repainted. Zaani and my leasing agent came out and said as it was minor damage it would not be necessary to do the repair. I was not offered anything as a result of this mess other than recommending other companies that sell sleeper couches.
