Worst experience ever!
After careful consideration and having done my homework looking through reviews on different platforms I am absolutely gob smacked by the level of service or lack thereof received from the Mattress Warehouse.
The staff are ***********, inefficient and lack professionalism.
After numerous WhatsApp messages and emails whereby I've provided my contact details and reference numbers pertaining my order I have received no relevant feedback.
I don't have the energy to state in detail what room place because I don't want to help this company improve as they have done nothing besides take my money.
I won't recommend this business to anyone after I had personally thought very high of it.
Very disappointed, happy to accept a refund and take my business elsewhere if I don't get my bed delivered tomorrow.
