Worst experience

If I could rate zero, I would. WORST experience ever... I ordered two single mattresses in January and it has been 5 weeks of waiting... Five freaken weeks without a bed... Can you imagine??!! Not only that but, I keep getting different agents with empty promises, it's an empty promise after the other. The first agent said they deliver once a week in North West and then the 2nd agent changed my order because... I don't know, and then Nadine promised me a swift delivery and then the other agent said... "Monday the latest" guess what!?? It's Wednesday today... We are on the fifth if not sixth week... And no communication from "Monday latest". Nonsense!!! I'd Def wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone nje.
