Worst customer service and slow delivery

Sent from pillar to post and still no delivery. I order a fast shipping item and had to continually follow up regarding delivery. Everyone lies about the delivery date and promises call back but never delivers both figuratively and metaphorically.

Worst customer service. Not impressed at all.
