Worng products Bad service and after sale service
I order a bed on the 26 Mrach , before the easter weekend and head board . Durban stuffed up , order was eventuall place at the Nelspruit branch. The wrong baseset was delivered day before long weekend in March. No head board . 2 months later the bed was exchanged after I had to pay in an additional R 5000. Delivery took 2 more weeks . When headboard came here , it was the wrong one . The bed they exchanged the mattress with is to small than the bases . It was immediately reported to wich I was told the area manager, and yet 2 weeks later still no word !!!!! I was told my order or bed was jinxed !!!! What a rep**** for company???
