As Mattress Wharehouse had no stock of the sleeper couch I required by the 23rd of December. Afzal ordered the couch from the manufacturer at the beginning of December requesting and confirmed with them that they could deliver the couch on time. I was kept informed how the order was going throughout the wait . My emails were always answered . As promised Afzal made sure the couch was delivered on time on the 23rd December.
