I bought a king serta nobility mattress from durban branch of mattress warehouse . The mattress was sold as medium to firm . It turns out that the mattrress is ULTRA FIRM that leads to back pains, body pains , joint pains etc . Matter was taken up with their Head Office who said they were unable to help and the client must buy a mattress topper . MORAL OF THE STORY : Once the shops receives your money ,the deal is done and dusted . No further queries will be entertained .
