WHAT A JOKE !

DO NOT BUY ONLINE FROM THIS COMPANY. Furniture was of very poor quality and on inspection, found that there was wood filler used to cover up imperfections. I lodged a request the very next day to have it collected and be refunded. The collection took almost 2 weeks to be done and was simply ignored and NOT communicated with regarding the collection, until I made contact. I cant even begin to tell you how this organisation uses delay tactics to refund a customer. The refund took another 2 weeks to be processed, ONLY because I harassed the Randburg store and eventually got to speak to a so called "regional manager'. This place is a joke.. DONT BUY FROM THEM!! On top of this.. You can NOT even contact someone at their HEAD OFFICE as the numbers supp**** on the website simply don't work. PATHETIC ALL ROUND!!
