Waste of time

I can’t believe I have been waiting a month for a mattress. Firstly I ordered a sealy like a month in advance, to then get told on delivery this was out of stock they would delivery a mattress in the same range, maybe my fault for thinking this is in the sealy range. Get a restonic I don’t want, then have to fight to return it as if I chose this mattress and then get told but there’s no sealy stock so I have to wait for stock. The eventual get stock like 2/3 weeks later (no updates in the interim) and then I get told I need to pay for the return of the mattress I never ordered. What a joke!!!! They can fetch the mattress I’ll take my money elsewhere.
