Warranty claim with no feedback

Struggling since 21 July 2022 with a mattress claim. Spoke to Tyler at first. No feedback. Now working working with Zakhele. He is awaiting feedback from Nancy. Marnay, Jacky and Wendy is also copied. Looks like they are on the Universe bedding side.

We have sent all the videos and pics they needed. Nothing came from it. No feedback, nothing.
