VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
These people will rather give away 25+ beds for free before they will exchange a mattress for one unhappy client! There is clearly a defect on the mattress and all they say is they dont hold the Warranties & Guarantees! I started using the bed in May and sent the first email to them in August. If you post a negative comment on there FB page they block you! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

We believe that our Customer Service Manager handled your complaint as should be.
Should the manufacturer not find any defect on your unit as stated, we as The Mattress Warehouse can not exchange the unit.
We have arranged for multiple inspections to take place and still no defect was found on the unit you bought.
Unfortunately, we can only exchange when we get authorization from the manufacturer.
