Very disappointed at their after sales service

All I can say is if you buy here pray there won’t be any defects with your product because their after sales service is horrible.

I bought a base set at the Boksburg branch, firstly I was “offered” a different base brand to the one I literally bought at thw store. They only told me that what I wanted is out of stock after I paid.

That Edblo base the gave me started making noise a week in, I informed the sales lady who assisted me n I had to call every day n push for my complaint to be processed by the factory at Bravo brands. After it was approved she told me that she has ordered a new base (the brand I want) although they’re all made by bravo brands… but there’s been no email, no communication on the delivery date. All she says is “ill let you know soon” I asked for estimated wait time in days and I was ignored.

What sucks is I was a return customer and had just recommended the mattress warehouse to my mom n sister. Their after sales service is bad, terrible communication I wouldn’t recommend. It’s only good if whatever u buy doesn’t give you problems.
