Very bad customer service 😔

Bought a mattress and can't exchange because I did not buy the mattress protector from them so i was not informed by this that if you purchase it with the mattress that you qualify for the 100day free exchange, i bought a mattress protector from take a lot so they said okay you qualify for the 100day , so we choose a mattress suitable for us because this one is a bit hard we only slept on it for 14days and now they charge me R1000 usage fee *** 😒 and re- delivery fee as well which the 100day is free exchange, i do not recommend these ppl they are ******* and im so unhappy about their customer service really, if i could give a 0 start i would of....

DO NOT BUY FROM THE MATTRESS WAREHOUSE!!!!!!!!
