USELESS SERVICE !!!!!! The Mattress Warehouse

I Have ordered a mattress over 2 weeks ago. I have been in communication with Ricardo who informed me there is a delay with delivery. I explained to him as well as the offices in Irene at Route 21 Corporate Park, that i work and that i will not be home but someone will be home to accept the delivery.

Yesterday someone called me by the name of Thato. Told me the delivery will be made on the 27th March and that was all. Not asking for a alternative number or anything!!!

The mattress was suppose to be delivered after i have been waiting for 2 weeks , they decided not to deliver because my phone was off!!!!!! what i don't understand is, Why could they not drive to the address provided ,KNOCK on the door or RING THE BELL and deliver the mattress!!!! why must they call again after Thato confirmed that it will be delivered?????? Thato has the nerve to tell me i should have given an alternative number.. Well Thato u spoke to me yesterday ,, DID YOU ASK ME FOR A ALTERNATIVE NUMBER?????????????? after asking Thato if he has asked me this he wanted to transfer me to his manager.. Clearly Thato is not completely hooked-up, upstairs .

I work i do not sit and look at my phone waiting for a Call like you do Thato.. It really Does not take soo long for a mattress to be delivered ...

This is the worst service that i have experienced. And The smartest guy THATO does not have the answers!!!!!

I have sent a email to all these people and not one has responded, ********** ********** ********** ********** **********
