Urgent: False Advertising & Unacceptable Service

I am extremely disappointed that I have once again fallen victim to your misleading practices. I genuinely believed your service would improve this time, but clearly, nothing has changed.

Your claim of “fast shipping in 1–2 business days” is nothing but false advertising. I had to personally follow up on the progress of my order because your team failed to provide any updates. Even when I was assured via WhatsApp that I would receive feedback “shortly,” that promise was broken, and I had to prompt a response yet again.

I purchased this mattress specifically because of the urgency of my situation and the stated delivery timeframe. Now I am being told it will take 7–10 business days, which is completely unacceptable and shows blatant disregard for your customers. To make matters worse, you continue to require customers to provide their location to “determine stock availability,” yet clearly you are advertising items you do not have in stock.

This is misleading, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I demand that this matter be resolved immediately. If it is not, I will have no choice but to escalate this further, including lodging a formal complaint with the Advertising Regulatory Board.

This is the second time I have had to endure this experience with your company. I will not tolerate another round of empty excuses.

I expect a prompt resolution.
