Unsung Heroes

I was in need of a new bed and didn't expect to find what I was looking for at The Mattress Warehouse. To be honest, I haven't heard of them before. I went to their Bellville Branch where my BFF & I were immediately assisted by Adrian at the door. He was patient; explaining what the different brands offer in terms of guarantee, material, spring or foam, accommodating; taking off 3 different mattresses for us to try and "feel" and giving us space to lay on them. I left the Bellville branch & placed my order, do did my friend. Adrian kept us both in the loop of when the order was placed, then it left the suppliers up until it reached Cape Town & informed us when it would be delivered. He didn't mind responding to an emails asking him for an ETA. Bradley & Justin were friendly and so helpful with setting up the queen sized bed in the appropriate room. Even though I have before, I'd to thank them again. Thank you Adrian for you excellent service and patience with our emails and queries. Thank you Justin & Bradley, for taking the time and care to move and set up the bed. SA's customer service industry needs more gents like you that make online purchasing and deliveries a pleasure, instead of a nightmare. You 3 are assets to The Mattress Warehouse - Bellville.
