Unexpected excellence

Purchased 2 bed sets on Friday and they were delivered on Monday - great service! Nadine and Abdullah were very attentive and helpful, especially when I encountered some difficulty with the payment system. I've just ordered 3 mattress protectors. They came back to me to tell me that they haven't got stock of those items but, instead, they will supply me with a more expensive brand at the same price. Exceptional! Those will arrive tomorrow - 48 hours after ordering. The delivery crew were impressive. Not only polite and helpful but they coped well with a difficult narrow staircase with a 180° bend. Challenging for 2 Queen size beds. Full marks for all of the above!
