Unacceptable Delay, False Delivery Promises, No Accountability

I ordered and paid for goods from Mattress Warehouse online on 15 December. More than a month later, the goods have still not been delivered.

During this time, I have phoned repeatedly to follow up. On each occasion, I was given a confirmed delivery date, which was never honoured. No one contacted me to explain the missed deliveries — I had to chase every time.

Only after more than a month am I now being told that the goods are still on order, which directly contradicts the multiple delivery confirmations I previously received. This is misleading and unacceptable.

Mattress Warehouse has had my money for over a month with no delivery, no accurate information, and no accountability. If my bank had held this money, I would at least have earned interest. Instead, I’ve lost time, convenience, and confidence in this business.

I would not recommend ordering online from Mattress Warehouse based on this experience.
