Torn mattress

I bought I mattress in May n it was delivered however after sometime when I removed the plastic there matress was torn on the corner n I called the polokwane store where it was delivered from and sent them pictures, the person named Jimmy said he will forward my query to the manufacturer however the manufacturer says it's not their fault the mattress was delivered like that, it might have gotten torn from the store now the store has sent me an email coming from the manufacturer, indicating there is nothing they can do about it.
