Ordered a pillow on line and received a response that the item I purchased, was out of stock. Adrian Meyer immediately offered me an upgrade on my item, without any extra cost to me. The item was delivered 2 business days later and I was kept up to date all the way by Bradley and Justin. Easy online purchase process and excellent communication, which I always appreciate.
