I have had exceptional service from Timothy. I needed to get a room ready for my nephew, who is returning after a serious operation. I know that deliveries are backed up due to Lockdown. Timothy listened to my call for help, and organised for the beds to be delivered in time. He called me to inform on progress, and sent kind words for my nephew's recovery. I am very grateful to him for his help.
