They selling us used matresses
I bought a queen mattress in March from Mattress warehouse, to my surprise after a week of having the mattress i started hearing sounds when getting in the bed. That is definetly not a new mattress. Its a used and refurbished matress. The mattresses they take and say they giving away, are the ones they sell to us… sies!!!

I come back with good news🫠 after i had sent a review, it did not take even an hour and a lady called me to see how best she can help me. I had thought they would not exchange the faulty matress because i had not bought the mattress protector with the mattress. However she requested videos and pictures to identify the fault. I am happy to come back and say she really did act promply and my mattress was exchanged.
