The worst service known to man!!

<p>I ordered a plain pink kids sofa from The Bed Company (also known as The Mattress Warehouse) and paid for it online on the 25th of september 2016. I then spoke with a consultant to ensure they had received my order request and they told me to expect delivery in 1 week. 2 weeks later i receive a phone call telling me that the order was never made due to non payment- i told them to check their records again as the money definitely went off my account. No one contacts me in return, so i call them and they say the issue was resolved and i should receive my order in a week. Another week goes by and NOTHING. So i call AGAIN last week only to be told it will definitely be delived this week friday. So I call this morning to ensure delivery and i am told they will check my order and get back to me. Now i have just received an email saying they didnt have plain pink in stock so can they deliver one with fairies all over it-- TRUST me if i wanted anything on the couch i would have bought it anywhere else- i chose this chair because it was plain-- Still trying to resolve this issue- NOT IMPRESSED!</p>
